Thank you for visiting Value Vision Optical which provides services through
www.valuevisionopticalph.com (the “Site”), and our retail locations. We’ll go by “Value
Vision Optical”, “we”, or “us” to keep it simple. We will also refer to the Site, our retail
locations, and the services available through them as our “Services”.
Policy, and any other policies and notices on any of our retail locations. Collectively, these
materials contain terms, rules, and other guidelines related to your use of our Services. As
a condition to your access or use our Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms,
so please do not use the Services if you do not agree with any of these Terms. Your use of
the Services, and the provision of our Services to you, constitutes an agreement between
you and Value Vision Optical to be bound by each of the terms, guidelines, and rules
incorporated into these Terms. Because these Terms are legally binding, we want to make

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. We only permit individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts to use our Services. However, you can also use our Services if you are under 18, but only if you are at least 13 years old; and only if you are under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. In all cases, the adult will be the user and is responsible for any and all activity. If you are younger than 13 years old, you may not use our Services.
Your use of our Services means you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements we have outlined in these Terms. However, we may also change our eligibility criteria.
We offer our Products and Services only for personal use. Re-selling and re-branding Value Vision Optical products and services are strictly prohibited.
3. Getting your Eyewear or any other Product3.1 Selecting your Eyewear / Product.
Value Vision Optical sells eyeglasses with either prescription or non-prescription lenses, contact lenses, and accessories. (To learn more about the lenses we offer, you can visit our Lens Guide section for help or feel free to email our customer service support at email@example.com or click the chat button on the rightmost lower part of our website, If you wish to purchase multiple frames using different prescriptions, you will have to place those orders separately.3.2 Your Prescription.
If you are purchasing prescription eyewear, please upload a copy of your latest prescription before you check out. If your prescription information is incomplete, we may need to take additional measures to get the current information, which could mean you have to wait longer for your glasses.
We keep your prescription on file for some time after you order your glasses and we make that information available to you upon request. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but be aware that it could take us a day or two to retrieve older prescriptions. Please keep that in mind if you need your information by a certain day or time.
A. Delivery Information – We’ll need your name, age, gender, email address, delivery address, and telephone/cellphone number to complete your order and send you your purchase.
B. Payment Information – After you've made your eyewear selections and provided your prescription and shipping information, you will see a prompt for your payment options, such as a credit card payment, bank transfer, and any promotional codes or gift cards you may have. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment method.C. Checking Order Status – We know how exciting it can be to get a delivery, so once your eyewear is on its way to you, we’ll send you an email confirmation or a text message with tracking information. D. Order Completion and Delivery – Completion of orders will depend on the prescription and type of lenses. Prescription glasses with finish/stock lenses (low grade) usually take 1-2 working days to finish. However, eyeglasses with high grade lenses (high power/grade) will take longer time to finish as this type of lenses are made to order. It usually takes 7-10 working days to process, but given the current situation, this might take longer. We would be immediately delivering your orders once it pass our quality check. You can anticipate your orders within 2-5 working days from the day of shipment.
E. Changing or Cancelling an Order – Our team works hard to process orders quickly so
that you don’t have to wait. However, this means that although we will try our best to
accommodate order modifications, we cannot guarantee them. For order changes/modifications request, you may call us at +63919 069 0012 or send us an email

State all requests or modifications. Please be specific on the details.
On the other hand, cancellation of order is not allowed unless it is due to sudden
unavailability of products or services being offered on our Site.
F. Risk of Loss – The risk of loss and responsibility for all products you order passes to you upon the delivery from our courier/carrier.
G. Returns and Warranty– We make sure that all our products passed our Quality Control check before we release them. However, we cannot control any damages that may incur during the transportation of item(s). Although we haven’t encountered cases like this before, we highly encourage to send us an email or a direct message on our Facebook page once you receive a damaged item. If you need to return the item(s) to us, make sure to notify us first and wait for our confirmation. We only entertain Return Notifications within 2 days from the day you received the item(s) and a 7-day return policy on any item that has manufacturing defects or any incorrect item delivered (ex: color, size, or grade). Kindly wait for our response within 24 hours. Failure to hear from us within this period,
please contact us at +63919 069 0012. We will then evaluate the item(s) before
proceeding. You may also avail our free services in any Value Vision Optical Clinic
branches for minor repairs. Our free services cover frame fitting adjustments, screw and
nosepads replacement. Our free services doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents or
unauthorized modifications made by the patient/user.
